How do credits work?
A new iPhone gets 100 free credits once. A video costs 40 credits. For more, buy a credit pack in the App Store or watch a short family-safe ad for 1 credit. Bought credits never expire; free and ad credits last 90 days.
My video failed — did I lose credits?
No. Failed videos never cost credits: they come back to your balance.
How long are videos kept?
A video waits in My videos for 30 days, or until you save it to Photos. Saved videos are yours to keep.
Can I delete one video?
Not yet. Saving a video removes it from Drawsome, and Delete my data deletes everything.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my data. It deletes your videos, scans and credits from our server and clears your child's name and age from your iPhone.
A purchase didn't arrive
Open Drawsome again: it sends the purchase again and adds the credits. If they still don't arrive, email us. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does my child use the app?
No. Drawsome is for parents and other adults: your child draws, and you scan, check and share.
Report a video
If a video shows something it shouldn't, email us what you saw and when you made it.
